More Ultrasound

Baby Bip at 20 weeks and 2 days

This was probably the coolest thing ever! You could see him/her moving around in there! You'll notice some of the pictures that it has it's mouth open (we could actually see the mouth opening and closing!) - must have been yawning or something. :) Joel and I both think it's a boy only because we both thought we saw boy parts. It could have been the umbilical cord though, too. The ultrasound tech knows. So if you really want to know, you're going to have to call the hospital. Good luck. Baby's heart rate is 139 bpm, and weighs approximately 12 oz. Everything measured perfect (even it's head). :) One of my favorites is of it's feet and the other of it's fingers. Enjoy!

Also thought we'd add that if you want to order something from Babies R' Us, but don't have one nearby or don't want to pay shipping and handling or won't be seeing us any time before the baby comes, call the store we registered at (Richfield, MN) and it's no shipping then. Here is the baby bump. Don't worry, I don't normally wear tank tops in single digit weather. I just happened to have a sweater over top, and you can't really tell I have a bump with that on. :)

We are suppose to have weather that is 40 degrees warmer next week! High of 40 on Tuesday and supposedly 45 on Wednesday. Spring, here we come!

16 wk, 3 days

Had a doc's appointment on Thursday and everything was great. Heartbeat was in the 140s, and I'm measuring up where I should be. We scheduled our next appointment for the end of March, Friday the 28th to be exact and we'll get another ultrasound/sonogram/whatever you call it. This is the one that we could find out the sex of the baby, but we're pretty sure that we still want to keep it a secret. We shall see, I guess. If we get around to it maybe another picture will come soon... Baby finally decided to pop out a little. Adios!
